CHECK IN
Your captain checks in the team. (12pm – 1pm)
Pick up your supplies, get yourselves sorted and find out whether being Naughty or Nice was a good idea after all.
Head to the start but no need to rush.

GET READY
Your team gets the information and supplies it needs for the adventure ahead.
Teams are released in 15-20 second intervals.
What happens next is up to the four or you.

HEAD OUT
Navigate your own way around False Creek, some paths are quicker than others.
Tackle as many challenges as you can before time runs out.
There is no prescribed route – your strategy is all part of the adventure.

MAKE IT BACK
Return with your team before time runs out to join the festive finish.
Arriving to the finish on time is more important than completing all challenges
